The building is 120,000 square feet, this five-story building is 120,000 square feet and showcases high technology media facilities for KUNV-FM and UNLV-TV. Along with having an impressive technology based journalism department, the Greenspun Hall building holds a Gold Level Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification.
Contributing to the advancement of journalism and media performance, Greenspun Hall features high-tech convergence laboratories, high-definition media facilities for KUNV FM radio and UNLV TV; student newsrooms; and a technical operations center, and a 190-seat auditorium equipped for video, radio, and Internet production and audience feedback.

UNLV students have access to fully-equipped newsrooms and computer labs throughout the year. Greenspun Hall also contains a radio station and tv production and editing bays.
